Monthly interest rate: 30% / 12 = 2.5%
Monthly interest: $2,000 * 2.5% = $50
Total monthly payment: $2,000 / 3 + $50 = $716.67

Total interest: $2,000 * (30% / 360) * 91 days = $151.67
VAT: $151.67 * 16% = $24.27
Total payment amount: $2,000 + $151.67 + $24.27 = $2,175.94
