The trampoline isn't just for kids; its a great tool to use to get fit and healthy. With our app you can follow exercises to perform High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using your trampoline. Our app has been designed to be low memory so that it doesn't take up much room on your device. We provide video/images for each exercise and voice prompts. You will also find tips and tricks to help you exceed in your fitness goals.
