This application is an initiative of the Ministry of Health. It contains guidelines on the correct filling of the Certificate of Death (CDEF) performed by doctors, with the aim of generating good quality health statistical reports and supporting the production of knowledge necessary for the development of public policies.
It is expected that this application contributes to the greater efficiency and effectiveness of the information system on mortality and helps to know the causes of death to save lives.
