How to use
Create a Google Form in your Google account & add some input fields for where the data is stored later.
Get the share link form that has been created (Don't shorten the link)
Open the application and connect the Google Form by pasting the link
Configure the form schema then save
Hooray, now you can scan QR-Code & Barcode and send data directly to Google Form
