PAYMENT:
When a trip ends, Yono Driver driver ends the trip on the Yono Driver booking app on his mobile device. It then calculates the total fare amount due from you and it appears on the Yono Driver booking app on your mobile device. You may pay the amount via cash optional or a variety of online payment options available on the app including payment via the Yono Driver Wallet where You may have already pre-loaded funds. The usage of the Yono Driver Wallet shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party payment processor providing the mobile payment service on the App. Any payment related issue, except when such issue is due to an error or fault in the Site or Application, shall be resolved between you and the payment processor. Yono Driver shall not be responsible for any unauthorized use of Your Yono Driver Wallet.

Here's how Yono Driver App works:

- Pick a type of trip - In City (One way / Round Trip), Outstation Round trip, Mini-Outstation Round Trip
- Decide on your pickup and destination location.
- Select your vehicle type
- Schedule the date, time and duration for the trip.
- Pick a payment mode (You can pay by Cash at the end, an online prepaid wallet-like payment system which can be recharged using cards, internet banking, UPI, Paytm, and more!).
- An estimate of the trip will be shown to you, with a complete breakdown of the fare.
- Confirm your booking. You can view the status of your booking on the app & web.
- Your trip is matched with a Driver near your location. An SMS notification and an in-app notification is provided. You can also view the details of your driver (name, photo, licence, etc.) from the App itself.
- Your driver will arrive at the designated time and location and your trip will begin.
