Having been involved in the set up of several of Dublin's most highly decorated woodfire pizza restaurants, we decided to branch out on our own and do something that is rare in Dublin, but a format we love, NY pizza. Our dough comprises of a blend of organic flour and is naturally leavened for over 48 hours. While not a traditional NY approach, the extra time, effort and quality of the flour sets us apart from anywhere else. We use premium ingredients for our toppings, from the best sources we can find - Toonsbridge Dairy, Adarl Farm Pork, McNallys Greens. Our ultimate goal is to eventually be the one of the best slice shops in the world. We offer NY Slices, Square Slices, Full Pies, Fountain Soda, Wine & our own Bambino Beer. With positive write ups in the Irish Times & The Irish Independent we are delighted with the progress we are making.
