Dr. Shobhakar Parajuli is an active Nepali congress politician born in 3 September 1958. He was constituent assembly member in the nepalese constitution assembly.He was former whip of Nepali congress parliamentary party and also former chief Nepali Congress central office for many years. In 2018 A.D. he received Ph. D. degree in public administration and completed post graduate in public administration in 1987 A.D. He published many books and publication during the course of time. He is interested and actively participating in social service for better community.
