In our daily lives, many people join communities or organizations (such as at school, college, or social environment). An organization, such as institution or association, is an entity of various kind of people. Indeed, an organization has financial costs, include fixed cost or variable cost. They also have a financial management system in their business. We found that most of the organizations still use a conventional method, by using paper-based, in reporting their financial record. Excessive paper usage can cause several environmental problems. Moreover, the paper-based report becomes less efficient because there is a possibility of data loss.

Many organizations do not implement transparency financial management. Their members are not able to obtain insight into the project budgets and profits data. The closed financial report can cause adverse impacts, such as corruption for a few people. Therefore, it will inflict a financial loss to the organizations.

To solve problems as described above, we are from “Zeecodeku Development Team” took the initiative to develop an Android-based mobile application, namely “SI TAKESI.” We produce it to facilitate the organization's financial report. Our mobile app offers features that are useful for financial report transparency to the members. Hopefully, SI-TAKESI Mobile Application will give a significant impact to the organization because each member knows the openness in the financial stream, like the number of unpaid bills, through the reports made by authorities.

SI TAKESI could be a profitable business for us (as a developer team) based in Indonesia. In our campus(Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia), there’s many communities and organizations with different backgrounds (such as art, healthiness, student executive board and many more). But on the other sight, they have something in common that is a financial management system which is they still use a conventional method, by using paper-based, in reporting their financial record. So, we will invite them to use SI TAKESI to facilitate the organization's financial report. We offers the cost to activate our apps at IDR 5000 a month. There are also other features which be accessed at extra cost. Moreover we also offers discount promo to certain customer who’s been joining for long time. Surely, that will be our financial income.
