If you already have MediLog Lite installed, please upgrade to the full version of MediLog.

The upgrade is easy:
1. Create a backup within MediLog Lite. Menu Settings/Data Management/Backup
2. Install the full version of MediLog alongside the Lite version, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zell_mbc.medilog.play&hl=de
3. Import the previously created backup into the full version of MediLog. Menu Settings/Data Management/Restore
4. Check that all data has been transferred properly
5. Delete MediLog Lite

MediLog enables quick manual logging of health data.
The app is aimed at users who want to record their data manually and who place a high value on data protection:
- All data is stored exclusively locally.
- No cloud computing
- No advertising
- No trackers

MediLog currently supports the following data types:
- Weight and body fat
- Blood pressure readings
- A diary for recording non-measurable data.
- A document folder where documents such as a medication plan can be stored for quick access.
- Additional experimental tabs such as fluid intake, glucose, and temperature are also available.

Some of MediLog's features include:
- Configurable text templates for recurring text entries
- Visualization of minimum and maximum values in the table and graphic view
- Charts
- The ability to create PDF documents from the app
- Various options for filtering the data. For example, "Rolling for one year"
- Creating password-protected ZIP files for data backup or data sharing
- Biometrics support to protect access to the app
- User profile support, for example, to record the data of family members in parallel
- Backup/restore functions
- No-log-in data structure. Data is saved as readable and documented CSV files when exported to facilitate import or export to other apps.

Weight
- Recording weight and body fat
- Setting tare to enable weighing in a wheelchair, for example

Blood pressure
- Recording diastolic and systolic blood pressure as well as pulse rates

Diary
- Recording short notes for the current time
- Displaying diary values in the weight and/or blood pressure tab to maintain a complete overview.
- Support for categories to group entries on the same topic
- A diary calendar that shows good and bad days and helps identify causes and effects

Documents
- Capture PDF documents or images to keep medication plans handy, for example, without storing them on the device for everyone to see.

The Lite version of MediLog contains all the features of the full version but is limited to 50 entries across all tabs. MediLog Full allows an unlimited number of entries.
