Bunda, jismoniy shaxslar MyID orqali identifikatsiyadan o’tishadi. Tizimda qarz shartnomalarining bazasi shakllantiriladi. Foydalanuvchilar ushbu baza ma’lumotlari bilan rozilik asosida tanishgan holda shartnoma rasmiylashtirish yoki rasmiylashtirmaslikni hal qilishadi.
Qarzning qaytarilishi bilan boq’liq muammolar yuzaga kelgan taqdirda foydalanuvchi ZeroX tizimida rasmiylashtirilgan qarz shartnomasi orqali sudga murojaat qilish uchun huquqiy asosga ega bo’ladi.

При этом физические лица проходят идентификацию посредством MyID. В системе формируется база долговых договоров. Пользователи будут решать, подписывать договор или нет, на основе информации этой базы данных на основании своего согласия.
В случае возникновения проблем, связанных с погашением долга, пользователь будет иметь законное основание обратиться в суд через кредитный договор, оформленный в системе ZeroX.

In this case, individuals undergo identification through MyID. The base of loan contracts is formed in the system. Users will decide whether or not to sign a contract based on the information of this database based on their consent.
In case of problems related to debt repayment, the user will have a legal basis to apply to the court through the loan agreement formalized in the ZeroX system.
