Streetlight Real Estate is a mobile app that allows residents to submit both anonymous and non-anonymous information directly to property management officials with photos, videos, audio and text messages to instantly and accurately communicate your needs. Streetlight Real Estate receives instant informational or emergency alerts from property managers. Completed maintenance or corrective actions can be immediately sent back to the user who originally filed the service request.

Users are either invited into the system from the dashboard, or they can register on the homepage of the app. Users are not required to register since it provides an ability to submit completely anonymously. Homepage also displays a gps off switch so users can submit information without sharing their location data
