ZOLL Respond (ZOLL Dispatch) allows existing ZOLL customers the ability for response crews, dispatchers, and medical facilities to view and respond to their trips and navigate to pick-up and drop-off points. ZOLL Respond is integrated with ZOLL Dispatch, which allows the dispatcher to communicate with field crews using multiple methods. ZOLL Respond uses Google map-based routing, traffic alerts, satellite view, and turn-by-turn directions. A detailed view allows supervisors to see the location of their crews, the current response state of their crews, and trip details associated with all of their crews and vehicles.
