Thanks to iTek Connect, assistance and maintenance technicians who work externally at customers' sites will have a complete tool at their disposal for organizing, tracking and reporting their work.

- Fill out the intervention with the hours, spare parts and activities carried out, working even without an internet connection
- Take photographs of the machinery and repairs carried out, fill out personalized checklists with the necessary checks
- Consult the history of interventions carried out on the assigned serial number and of spare parts used previously
- Compile and send the list of required spare parts to the warehouse
- Freely create estimates and assistance interventions
- Generate, have it digitally signed and send the personalized intervention report to the customer

iTek Connect provides rental companies with tools for managing the yard during vehicle control, exit and return phases.
- Create, fill out and manage rental contracts directly from the forecourt
- Compile personalized checklists to certify the state of the machinery, comparing the results during the return phase
- Take photographs of the machinery and recall them when returning for the check
- Report any damage and necessary repairs to the assistance sector
- Update the machinery meters and automatically charge for any extras such as fuel, wear and tear and hours of work outside the contract
