The SiKaRen application (Cool Cadre Application) was developed to increase the competency and development of IMP KB cadres in carrying out their duties. This application focuses on strengthening the quality of human resources for the success of Family Planning (KB) programs at the community level. Through a systematic cadre development model, SiKaRen includes stages of recruitment, training, mentoring, and measuring cadre performance.

Titin Ifayanti, S.SiT, M.Biomed, designer of the SiKaRen application, the 3rd of 4 children born in Pasir Mayang, 09 April 1981, married Kamardianto and Alhamdulillah, he has been blessed with 2 children (Princess Atika Ameilia and Rafif Dirangga Martin).

He has been interested in the health sector since he was at the Health Education School (SPK) of the Health Polytechnic, Ministry of Health, Pekanbaru, so he continued his education at the Mercu Bakati Jaya Midwifery Academy, Padang, continued on to the DIV Midwife Educator Program at the Health Polytechnic, Ministry of Health, Padang and completed the Master's program at Andalas University, Department of Biomedical Sciences.

Currently continuing the Public Health Doctoral program at UNAND Padang and active as a lecturer at Alifah University Padang. Apart from that, he is active in writing books and journal articles.
