through dedicated apps WAP (dedicated websites) and SMS for users without
internet-enabled devices. This data can also be used to re-route medical
services to areas that have limited access

Doctors are placed in various categories making it easier to locate them by
their physical location and specialty

Patients book appointments, tests and receive the diagnosis and prescription
through the app and plan to make a trip to the hospital if need be

Patients that only require a prescription can get one online and simply order
through the pharmacy feature in the app
