The 113th Federal Congress will be held on November 28, 29, and 30, 2025, in Le Touquet (62) at the Palais des Congrès. It is co-organized by the Hauts-de-France Regional Committee and the Federal Headquarters.

Open to all, the Federal Congress of the French Sports and Cultural Federation (FSCF) takes place at the end of the year and welcomes all stakeholders within the institution, as well as affiliated associations.

On average, 600 people (up to 1,000 at elective congresses) gather each year for a friendly event rich in discussions and information.

THE MAJOR INSTITUTIONAL EVENT OF THE FSCF
The FSCF's major institutional event begins with the General Assembly. Following the General Assembly, participants have access throughout the weekend to numerous workshops and booths, allowing them to meet with their counterparts in national bodies.

This is also an opportunity for them to discuss common issues, compare practices, share initiatives, and learn more about the services offered by the federation and its partners.

A COMMITTED LOCAL ORGANIZER
While the federation is the lead organization, its execution relies heavily on a local organizer who mobilizes their volunteer and paid staff, their diverse skills, and their partners around the event.

For the host organizer, the federal congress is therefore an opportunity to revitalize the local area.
