The new VIP member app gives members greatly simplified and improved mobile access to newsletters and notifications. This user-friendly app replaces the existing circular emails and SMS messages with the aim that members can access all information in a compact and convenient way in a single app.

The SharePoint member portal will continue to exist. The previous individual member documents, the past circulars and the online forms are still available in the member portal and can be accessed via the new app. The maturity tests, harvest windows and globalgap document templates will also continue to be provided in the member portal and linked in the member app so that these two digital tools are intuitive to use and the documents can be retrieved as easily as possible.
