The 2023 Disability Census is a sampling survey in the National Statistical Survey Program conducted with the following purposes:
- Collect information to serve the compilation of national statistical indicators on people with disabilities.
- Collecting information about people with disabilities for policy making to ensure the rights of people with disabilities, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of Vietnamese laws, as well as implementing Vietnam's international commitments on disability. People with disabilities.
