This is an interval timer that supports two popular CrossFit training methods:
1. AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)
- With AMRAP, select a time, and try and complete as many repetitions as possible within the allotted time
2. EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute).
- With EMOM, select a time: the time you select will be the total number of rounds you will have to complete. Each round, try and complete as many repetitions as possible for the given exercise. If the exercise is completed before the round is over, use the remaining time to rest before the next round begins.
