The application is intended for employees of companies that use the IKOS attendance system with an extension for the web terminal. It will enable you to record the attendance of sales representatives, part-time workers, workers on construction sites, in agriculture, forestry or employees working in the home office. You will also get an immediate overview of their presence at the workplace and their work activities.

This is an extension of the web terminal service. For its functionality, it is therefore necessary to have the webterminal.cz services activated and set up

In the IKOS D5 attendance application, all you have to do is select and set the employees who will use the mobile application.

The worker then installs the mobile application on his phone, logs in with the assigned data and can enter all attendance transactions (arrival, departure, etc.) very simply directly on his device. Entered attendance records are automatically sent to the cloud server (webterminal.cz) together with location information and other additional information.

If the device is offline, the data is stored locally and sent immediately after re-establishing the connection via mobile network or WiFi. This cloud solution minimizes the requirements for technical solutions on the customer's side and ensures the safe separation of employees' mobile phones from their local network.
