The aim of the BE a Woman wellbeing application is to inspire and lead to a positive and caring approach to our female body, to ourselves. To live fully what we desire. Being a happy woman. Be happy in your body.

The app is not just about physical exercise, it is movement therapy. A holistic approach to exercise, psychosomatics and emotional attunement helps to become more aware of our body, the blocks that prevent us from taking care of it and to improve our approach to it and life in general.

Every body has a life story that needs to be taken into account! Based on the diagnosis, the application will offer you an exercise plan according to the needs of your body! Whether you are a mother after giving birth, without children, your back hurts, you are injured or you want to lose a few kilos.



Exercise plan

The exercise plan is prepared for the specific and individual needs of the body and is for 4 weeks. So you practice 1 set of exercises all week, because each specific movement habit needs to be repeated at least 7 days.

It is necessary to heal the mind along with the body. Therefore, for each topic, play a psychosomatic analysis in the form of audio recordings. Please refer to the e-book for more information for your specific problem.

The exercises are built in such a way that as the condition gradually increases, so does the difficulty of the exercises. But in the beginning you need to build the foundations and teach the body to move in a healthy way.
