A purely Czech app, a helper for planning a balanced meal, buying ingredients for cooking and an overview of calories and nutritional values ​​of recipes.

The app includes an extensive database of raw materials with energy value and basic data on the amount of fat, carbohydrates, proteins, fiber and salt. You can search using the name of the ingredient or by scanning the barcode.

Food eaten is recorded in a diary. In addition to daily income statistics and composition, the diary will also serve as your personal cookbook. You can easily search for recipes you liked and add them to your shopping list.

The nutritional data comes from the Institute of Agricultural Economics and Information, but also from the users themselves. If an ingredient is missing, you can fill in its nutritional value and after approval it will be displayed to others.

The application does not want to impose any lifestyle. It's up to you if you use it to lose weight, gain muscle, create a balanced and varied menu, or if you don't care about kilojoules and just want an app for saving recipes and making a shopping list.
