CareTalk is an application for healthcare professionals - mainly doctors and nurses - which serves as help, support or a checklist (TO DO) in various communication situations with patients, patients' families, but also with colleagues in the healthcare sector.
In each of the three parts (patient, patient's family and colleagues) of the application, there is a list of individual communication - somewhat demanding - situations in which a health care professional can potentially get into. After clicking on each of them, the user will see a "recipe" for handling it or the correct procedure - a list of things that should not be forgotten or, on the contrary, things that can cause negative reactions, i.e. communication errors that must be avoided.
In each chapter, there will also be an opportunity to read a study on the given topic for a deeper insight and in the future to watch an illustrative video (filmed for this purpose). Each chapter contains examples of direct speech to help the user better visualize the situation.
The application is designed to be user-friendly and easy to use and quickly find the necessary communication situations. Each "chapter" has a "content" (= TO DO in the given situation) at the beginning for better memorization, which can be printed on a bulletin board or taken on a so-called printscreen and thus have the given TO DO saved in pictures.
