The speed test runs on multiple connections from multiple servers simultaneously. It can be tested against many servers on the Internet with 1Gbps + connectivity.

We do not require nonsensical rights like others (no need to allow location, no need for phone identity, no need to access your photos or storage, etc.)

For the basic test, the application only requires an Internet connection. The Wi-Fi test requires location due to Android operating system limitations. However, this is an optional feature that does not need to be activated to test the Internet connection.
