David Lutalo (born 12 September 1989) is a Ugandan musician, vocalist and a songwriter. He is one of the celebrated musicians in Uganda and his life is one of the proverbial rags to riches, at an early age.

He first gained the public eye (limelight) with his satirical song “Kapapala”.

He is known by Uganda’s music audience for his distinct, high toned, sharp voice which has made him a favourite among rural and urban Ugandans.
