Your smartphone or tablet becomes a scanner with integrated automatic text recognition for optimal keywording. During the scanning process, the app supports you with various comfort functions such as brightening, automatic document recognition and editing (cutting, turning, color / black-and-white). Documents with multiple pages are automatically stapled together.
Professional filing and postprocessing of documents:
When filing documents or documents, you can now choose between filing in the document book for postprocessing and provisioning for accounting and filing in an individually configurable document structure in document management (for example, for filing private documents). Documents archived in ADNOVA + can be opened, edited and re-saved with changes. Even existing photos and documents on the mobile device can be easily imported into the filing system and stored securely in ADNOVA +, without permanently burdening the local storage space.
Safely archive and provide for the partner in the tax consulting firm
When uploading a receipt, an encrypted transfer with subsequent secure archiving takes place in the LAND-DATA data center. Invoices and other accounting-relevant documents can be tagged accordingly in the voucher book and then quickly and easily transferred to the partner responsible for bookkeeping. Post-processing is done in the desktop application of ADNOVA +.
