With AMEOS Direkt you can speak conveniently to our experts via online video consultation. Are you sick or need advice? We are here for you! The app can be operated intuitively and is safe to use.

There are three steps to get to the online video consultation:

1. Install the AMEOS Direct application on your smartphone.

2. Register yourself. At the same time, you have the option of participating in the video consultation without registering. Use the one-time password from your doctor and log in once for your appointment.

a.) Self-registration
Click on “Register”. Enter the data in the mandatory fields and click on "Register". In future, you will log in with your user name and password. Registered patients book and attend appointments themselves.

b.) Participation with a one-time password
If you would like to use the video consultation as a non-registered patient, you will receive a one-time password from your doctor for your appointment with which you can log in. Log in with the one-time password.

3. You can find upcoming dates in the short overview on the start page.
You can find further information about your appointments under the menu item "Calendar".
You want to book an appointment yourself, this is done under "Appointment booking".

The app is TÜV certified. All video consultation hours are transmitted fully encrypted and patient data is treated as strictly confidential.

The video consultation hour is particularly suitable for consultations, queries or follow-up appointments. In some cases, video calls are inappropriate. They require an in-person on-site examination, referral, or emergency medical assistance. Your doctor will be happy to inform you about this if necessary.
