• News channel: Here employees receive current information and news from the clinic. Important messages can be marked and saved in a personal area.
• Documents & Guidelines: Important documents and guidelines are available to view and download in the app – just like on the intranet.
• Telephone directory: Central extension numbers as well as function numbers of departments and department heads are available in a telephone directory sorted alphabetically and by department. The phone numbers can be dialed directly using the telephone function on the mobile device. The costs incurred must be borne by the user themselves.
• Sickness notifications: The certificate of incapacity for work (AU) can be photographed to document the sickness notification and sent to the human resources department via the app. The image data is encrypted on the mobile device and automatically deleted after sending. The responsible employees in the human resources department receive an email about the receipt of the AU. Access to the encrypted image data is only possible via the app's back office system and only for authorized employees of the human resources department.
• Calendar: Events, training courses and events can be viewed in the app's general calendar.
• Webcam: The webcam of the BG Trauma Clinic Murnau can be opened directly in the app via a link to the clinic website.
