The My ewa app from e.wa riss offers you numerous options for digitally viewing and managing your energy and water supply:
• View and report meter reading: View your last reported meter reading and report a new meter reading using image recognition, voice input or manual entry.
• Discount: You can view and adjust your discounts.
• Consumption: Compare your consumption in different time periods using different views. You will also receive information about energy consumption in the current billing period and any resulting discount recommendations.
• Invoice: Download your current and old invoices.
• Contract: You keep an eye on your contracts and can change them quickly and easily if possible.
• Customer data: Your personal data can be viewed and managed with just a few clicks. You can also link other customer accounts and manage them within your account.
• Kiosk: Here you will be informed about current topics or campaigns by e.wa riss.
• Postbox: As an online customer, you will receive letters from e.wa riss delivered to your personal mailbox. You can display your messages using the filter options by date, customer account and read/unread.
• Push notification: My ewa sends you push messages such as a reminder of an upcoming meter reading report, provided you have previously agreed to this.
If you already use the e.wa riss customer portal, you can simply log in to the app with the same user data. As a new user you can register via the app.
