About this app
This makes changing the meter much quicker for your customers: As a trade professional, you can set the new meter yourself and easily report the change to the network operator via the app.

Important: Only for registered electrical installation companies and specialists with valid authorization.

Meter replacement directly by installation companies:
• You order a new meter via the online service for installation companies from N-ERGIE Netz GmbH.
• You will receive an email as soon as the meter is on its way.
• The package with the new meter arrives at your door. Arrange an appointment with your customer to change the meter.
• Changing meters for your customers: Open the “N-ERGIE Netz Meter” app.
• Scan the QR code on the delivery note in the meter package.
• The app links the code with the order data (name, address, serial number of old and new meters).
• You use your camera to transmit the data for removing the old meter and installing the new meter.
• Confirm the change of meter with date and signature. The app automatically transfers the new meter data to N-ERGIE Netz GmbH.
• Send the old meter back to N-ERGIE Netz GmbH. Your job is done.
