charite.link is an app for collecting health questions, patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) and activity data. If you are being treated at the Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin, you can use this to add information directly to your medical record.
After registering once at the Charité, you can use this app to answer medical questions assigned to you and securely transmit additional health data to the Charité.
This app can also request data from Google Fit if you agree. However, this only happens if you are assigned a questionnaire as part of your treatment that requests data from Google Fit (e.g. step count data). Before you send off the questionnaire, you will be informed which data you are sending from Google Fit.
