TRU Fitness Outdoor is the most flexible and probably the most effective outdoor training. With us, fitness is uncomplicated and independent of contracts, we promise.

OUTDOOR CLASSES
In our outdoor classes, we train in small groups with a maximum of 12 participants, with equipment (such as battle ropes, resistance bands, black rolls, etc.) and always under the guidance of a professional fitness trainer.

OUTDOOR POPUP GYM
The TRU Fitness Popup GYM is a fully equipped outdoor GYM. There you have the opportunity to carry out your training either independently or with the support of our personal trainers. Whether weightlifting, functional, CrossFit or Hyrox training - we have the right equipment.

COSTS
Our outdoor classes & GYM spots can be booked without a subscription or contract. The ticket price per outdoor training is ø 12 euros, depending on whether our coaches from TRU Fitness bring outdoor equipment (e.g. Battleropes / Resistance Bands / BlackRolls) or you train with your own body weight.
As a member of Urban Sports Club, Qualitrain, Gympass, Hansefit or Classpass, you have the option to train with us completely free of charge through your respective partner membership.

LOCATIONS
We are represented in a wide variety of cities in Germany and would like to support you in leading a healthy lifestyle. Train together with TRU Fitness Outdoor when, how, where and how much you want. In the app you can see when which outdoor classes & GYM spots are available, how much they cost and where you have to go for them.
