- Accompanying therapy: The Convalo app accompanying therapy supports patients who are already in outpatient psychotherapy in achieving their goals throughout the therapy. This can be coordinated in detail with the responsible psychotherapist.

- Bridging waiting times: Convalo is also suitable for people who are waiting for psychotherapy. Modules based on science and practice are integrated in the app, which make the time up to the start of therapy easier and less stressful by introducing initial therapeutic content and important information.

The app includes, among other things:
• Various diaries (e.g. mood and sleep diary)
• Info texts and explanations (e.g. about depression and anxiety disorders)
• Specific and general exercises (e.g. cognitive exercises or relaxation and wellbeing exercises)

According to the ICD-10 criteria, the app is for
