Our app offers a variety of features, such as health data recording and learning courses, with which you, and we, can improve and monitor your health. If your health deteriorates, our team of experts will proactively contact you. You'll regularly find new tasks in your planner in the app and can see what exciting content we'll be providing next. Record your health data and vital signs

Our app transforms your smartphone into your personal health diary. You can regularly record your vital signs, such as heart rate, blood pressure, and weight, and send them to us. We evaluate your data, allowing us to identify any abnormalities early on and contact you with appropriate measures. You will also collect information about your health status, such as symptoms, via questionnaires. This gives us a holistic picture of you and allows us to best address you and your needs.

Increase your health literacy and knowledge

Our learning courses help you expand your health literacy with regard to your condition and implement valuable strategies for a healthy lifestyle into your everyday life. All learning courses are multimedia-based and guide you interactively through various health topics. Short quizzes allow you to directly deepen and sustainably consolidate your newly learned knowledge.

Expand your knowledge independently

You can book additional programs independently via the catalog. The programs contain learning units that allow you to expand your knowledge independently.

Personal communication with you is also important to us. For this purpose, we use video conferencing. During the video call, you will have the opportunity to ask your caregiver questions and discuss your current health situation.

RBK eHealth is based on the e-health platform Curafida, which is a certified Class 1 medical device according to the German Medical Devices Act (MPDG) and certified according to the ISO/IEC 27001:2017 standard.
