From now on, we're always with you. Stay in touch and use the direct line to one of our employees from the E-Prescription Kleve app: even via direct message.

You can access your e-prescription directly via your electronic health card (eGK) and send it to us directly via our app. We will notify you immediately when your medication is ready for pickup. We are also happy to deliver your medications to your home. Our E-Prescription Kleve app also offers a courier service.

Misplaced a package insert? No problem: our app knows almost all package inserts. Simply search for the medication name and open the package insert.

You can easily document your medications and those of your family and save them in the app, save medication intake in your calendar, and set reminders.

We've compiled various videos for you in the "Advice Clips" section on many medications and medical devices that require explanation. For example, the correct use of a nasal douche is explained. And all in five languages: German, English, Turkish, Russian, and Arabic!
