Mechanics have immediate access to prices and inventory of replacement parts, so they can more quickly and accurately inform the customer of the cost and time of vehicle repair. Service technicians can also create the schedule of customers, making it easier to understand when they still have free appointments. Customers can install the application and select their mechanic, then communicate with them via the application, make an appointment and select the type of service they want to perform. They also enter the current mileage and set the service date, then the mechanic confirms the appointment or suggests another date, and the customer is booked for service.
