Mobile smartphone alarm for critical communication.
With the e*Message Alarm app, responsible employees - such as emergency services, on-call services or service teams - receive urgent messages directly on their mobile phones. The alarm is displayed as a push notification on the smartphone. As one of many communication channels of the SaaS solution e*Message Alarm Manager Pro or in addition to the use of pagers, the smartphone-based application specifically expands the accessibility of people. The use of various independent information channels significantly increases the reliability of alerts.
Prioritized volume.
Thanks to the ability to override the silent function, an audible alarm can be activated even when the smartphone is switched off. This ensures staff are notified in all situations.
Active feedback.
The integrated feedback function ensures rapid response. By simply selecting a response option, the alerted person confirms whether or not they are available to respond. Predefined feedback such as 'coming' or 'not coming' simplifies this process. This means that the control center receives direct information as to whether the order has been accepted, whether the required team/group strength has been assembled or whether it needs to be re-planned or re-alerted.
Edit status.
Users have the option to edit their current availability status directly in the app. By simply changing the status, they can show whether they are available for assignments or not. This flexible feature allows staff to quickly and easily update their status based on their current situation or individual preferences.
Note: The prerequisite for using the app is an active service contract with the company e*Message, which includes the use of the e*Message Alarm app.
