In this way, employees can actively call up knowledge, exchange it and communicate it in a targeted manner about projects.

In addition to knowledge management, the employee app also scores with practical services: private offers and requests can be placed on the classified ads exchange. A weekly menu provides information about what is on offer in the canteen. Employees can also take part in surveys or competitions directly via the app. The app is only for internal use by Fendt employees.
