With the window frame app, companies in the glass and window industry can conveniently and digitally document the loading and unloading of their frames. The driver scans the racks and the associated order using the integrated barcode scanner and transmits the data, along with the time, photos and GPS information, to a central server.

If an internet connection is not available, the app temporarily saves the data on the mobile device and automatically transfers it in the background as soon as the connection is restored.

Customers can also use the app to inform the company when racks are ready for pickup. To do this, they scan the corresponding rack, specify the desired pickup time and send the information directly to the server.

The frame history offers both drivers and customers a transparent overview of all frames that have already been transmitted.

In the backend of the app, the company receives a detailed overview of all customer and driver actions. It can suspend app users, re-email registration confirmations, and handle other administrative tasks.
