A relaxed stroll through the spa gardens or the idyllic old town is a special treat at any time of the year. The market square with Lammetreppe forms the “living room” of the city. Gastronomy and shops all around invite you to stroll, look, shop and stop off. The mining and salt museum in the saltworks is a highlight for young and old with a contemporary exhibition.

Adventure golf in the spa park, swimming and sweating in the brine pool, exploring the bike and outdoor park and the roller coaster flow trail on a mountain bike or enjoying relaxation in the salt cave - Bad Salzdetfurth has the right leisure activities for everyone.

And not only Bad Salzdetfurth itself, but also the districts belonging to the city attract with sights and special cultural treasures.

To make the discovery tour even more interesting, the APP offers digital stamp points. Anyone who has visited 15 locations and activated the stamps can pick up a gift at the tourist information center in the brine pool.

The APP also provides information on hiking trails around the spa town. The Sölter-Weg shows the scenic diversity and beauty of the spa town on a circuit of around 40 kilometers. The route can also be completed in moderate stages. 10 additional circular hiking trails between three and 13 kilometers long are suitable for a day trip. The APP offers descriptions, elevation profiles, map overviews and navigation aids for all routes. Themed trails complement the offering.

Functional description:

The map data is loaded while the app is being installed. You can then use the app “offline”. This means that an internet connection is no longer required. An online connection must be established to access external websites, e-mail and telephone calls. If Wi-Fi is not available, activate the "Mobile network" switch in your smartphone's settings. Please note that this will be at the expense of your data volume.
