The FVV app can only be used by registered customers of Ford Versicherungs-Vermittlungs-GmbH. These are the employees of Ford and its affiliates.
The FVV is registered as your insurance broker with the permit according to §34 c, d and f of the trade regulations.

With the FVV app you always have your insurance folder with you: It offers you a simple and clear overview of the insurance policies you have taken out with us. But you also have the option of uploading contracts that you have concluded with other providers and managing them in the app or even have them checked by us at your express request.

We are also there for you in the event of a claim. You have the option of sending us a claim report directly from the app. Then we will take care of the processing for you.
