Safe on the road with Generali Mobility

With the Generali Mobility Program we promote and reward safe and sustainable driving. Our program is an innovative prevention solution in the field of mobility. For us, prevention means: We support our customers in all situations with active programs and measures, for example to prevent accidents on the road.

After you have successfully registered via our website, your Mobility membership will start. If you are a private customer with a car insurance from CosmosDirekt or Dialog, the Generali Mobility program is free of charge for you. All you have to do is enter your insurance number. For all other interested parties, membership in the Generali Mobility Program costs EUR 15 per year.

The Generali Mobility App works without any additional sensors in the car. The app can easily analyze your driving behavior using your smartphone's sensors. As you drive, the app measures various parameters. This evaluates them and shows you a score between 0-10. The score should help you to better classify your own driving style. You will also receive tips, for example on how to improve your personal driving style. You can also take part in our challenges. Face the challenges, improve your driving and reward yourself.
The Generali Mobility App also gives you easy access to other mobility-related services and assistance. You can receive news, get direct help in emergency situations or simply report damage online.

Your advantages in the Generali Mobility App:
• Easy to use: Use Generali Mobility conveniently via the app on your smartphone. You don't have to install any devices in your vehicle. The app collects and evaluates the data via the Global Positioning System (GPS).
• Safe Driving: Our program is designed to make you more aware of your driving behavior. In this way, you can improve your driving style in a targeted manner. With our individual recommendations for action, you can reduce the risk of an accident and the wear and tear on your vehicle.
• Additional services: Use our various services and assistance services via the Generali Mobility app in the event of a claim. For example, request a towing service in the event of a breakdown or report damage online. These services are only available to motor vehicle insurance customers of CosmosDirekt or Dialog.
• Individual challenges: You can practice better driving behavior with our challenges that are personally tailored to you. Complete the challenges in a given time and under certain conditions. For each successfully completed challenge you will receive a small reward from one of our partners, for example from Enterprise or hotels.com.

• The app requires permanent activation of GPS, access to your location and data about your device's movement (activity data).
