When doing your next test scan the QR code in CYCCESS and your training plan will be sent to your phone. Your trainer can send the link by e-mail, too.

From now on view and do your workouts in the CYCCESS mobile app. The app guides you through each exercise and counts sets and repetitions and the pauses between them. You can do exercises out of orders by directly tapping on them.

Of course, you can repeat already completed exercises or catch up with missed ones. When feeling motivated, do tomorrows workout ahead of time. When your trainer adds new workouts to your training plan, just tap on the update button and you have them on your phone.
