Then you need the eRegulation app. The offer for the electronic aid regulation is available to all HEK insured persons and is free and voluntary.

Your doctor issues your e-prescription digitally in the medical practice. You will then forward the e-prescription free of charge to the aid provider (e.g. a medical supply store or a pharmacy) via the app.

The app can also do more: you can search for doctors and participating medical aid providers and view the processing status of your e-prescription at any time.

How can I use the eRegulation app?
Together with the HEK service app - because you need it for 2-factor authentication. To do this, it is important that you are registered as a smart user in the service app.
