The FidZ (Fit by ZUFALL) app is intended to provide employees of a logistics company with health-promoting information and suggestions so that they can reflect on and change their own health behavior.

The app is an informative supplement to the measures hanging in the transshipment warehouse. The health topics described in the app are

- drinking behavior,
- Nutrition,
- movement as well
- Relaxation.

The app was developed by the research project "Health Promotion and Prevention - Work in Settings" by students of the master's degree in Public Health Nutrition, with technical support from the Applied Computer Science Department at the University of Fulda.
