• alcohol
• Gambling
• Gaming (computer games)
• Digital media (e.g. smartphone use, series streaming)
Then set your personal challenge goal: do without it completely or reduce it? Then start the challenge. Daily push messages will help you achieve your goal and get ready for the next day. Gain new experiences and change everyday life in your life - have fun!
The app is currently a test version that is being checked for functionality and usefulness as part of a scientific study. Therefore, it can currently only be used with a random code assigned by the study management. After the study is completed, the app will be made available to the public free of charge.
