Each dish is freshly prepared by us. We attach great importance
to a healthy, light and nutrition-conscious cuisine. Fresh herbs and
a variety of biologically pure spices are part of it. On flavor enhancers
we refrain entirely. Please indicate with your order whether you want your
want to have the dish prepared hot, medium hot or mild. Also can
we will accommodate your request if you don't like a spice. (e.g. without
garlic, no ginger etc.) Should you have any other special requests
we are happy to advise you. If you ever have one
