The app of the Goethe-Museum Düsseldorf accompanies you on your visit to the museum. You can follow Goethe’s research, get an impression of how he became famous and which of his topics are highly relevant up to now. In addition, we show you the history of the Kippenberg foundation. The collection is based on what was at the time the largest private collection on Goethe and his time.

As soon as you enter the museum’s rooms, you will automatically get the content on your smart device via beacons.

Please note that the app content can only be accessed from within the museum.

Using earphones ensures that the app will perform optimally. The museum provides earphones which are available on request.
