This demo app shows you some excerpts from the available templates, which can be easily customized to meet individual customer needs. Customized development of corresponding templates is also possible without significant programming effort.

Based on the scheduling of the maintenance measures to be processed mobile in the SAP system, the maintenance technician (or a group) is provided with the maintenance orders to be processed from the SAP system.
To minimize the need to manually enter information, the maintenance technician uses predefined, process-dependent checklists in the SAP system. These checklists are linked to an SAP object after confirmation (provided with a signature). The checklist is saved in PDF format.

Object identification via barcode (RFID if required) is integrated into the templates. When a fault report is created, corresponding photos of the affected object can be created with appropriate photo processing at the point of origin (e.g., marking a damaged area).
Orders and processes are marked on the mobile device with a graphic symbol based on their respective processing status.

Test records can be used as part of the reporting process. The test records can be expanded on the mobile device.

When recording measuring points, a plausibility check can be performed against the previous value from the SAP system. The measurement time can also be assigned automatically by the application.

The mobile application is consistently designed for the use of corresponding text records. This saves the maintenance technician the tedious task of entering text.

All templates can be used in online and offline mode.

All templates are configured once, regardless of the desired operating system and device-specific requirements (e.g., screen size). This also enables mixed device operation and requires no adjustments when new devices are deployed.

Connectivity to the SAP system is implemented without modification using existing standard function modules.

Technical Requirements
The Configuration Server can be used optionally, depending on the customer's desired operating model.

A conventional server (Windows) is required for connectivity to the SAP system and mobile device integration.
