This is a first prototype version of mobile controller for a robot.
First task was to utilize the device sensors to create a motion command
Arobot is a system consisting of two components:
controller: Android Application running in Android phone
actor: intelligent hardware of a robot
Communication between controller and actor can use:
Bluetooth or WLAN with ROS-Topics
Android controller deploys phone's sensors, commands for robot's axis movement are calculated and transmitted to robot. The steering wheel visualizes the values of commands.
As mentioned before, it's an early prototype version, the sources are published on Github, I'll be glad if you can join and contribute to our work
